For most owners, selling a company is a once-in-a-lifetime decision. I believe the adviser beside you should understand how buyers think and stay accountable until the deal is done.
I spent more than ten years in private equity, acquiring companies, increasing their value and selling them. I then turned entrepreneur, co-founding one company and co-leading a startup, where I experienced both raising capital and selling a business firsthand. Having personally sat on the sell side, the buy side and the fundraising side, and knowing what matters most on each, is the foundation of our work.
I take on only a few mandates at a time and lead each one personally, from our first conversation to closing.

We take on only as many mandates as our founder can lead personally.

We do not draw lines by size or sector. We ask whether we can add value and whether our goals are aligned with yours.

When we act as the seller's financial adviser, we are not paid by the buyer. If we act as an intermediary, we explain this and how we manage the conflict of interest in advance.

If we cannot take on an engagement, we will tell you promptly.
