01
A detailed business plan, an information memorandum that shows your strengths, and a competitive auction among several buyers. It is how private equity firms sell their portfolio companies, and it makes buyers compete not only on price but on the terms that matter to you.
02
Our founder leads every engagement from the first conversation to closing. Your adviser never changes, and we take on only a few mandates at a time.
03
Years of making investment decisions on the buy side tell us what buyers value and how they price it, and we build that into your sale strategy.
04
We work with certified public accountants formerly with leading financial advisory firms, as well as lawyers and tax advisers, covering due diligence and valuation. We can also run negotiations and prepare all materials in English.

Challenge
The owners were considering a sale. The question was how far the price could rise above the initial valuation.
Approach
We directed the whole process, from a business plan with detailed KPIs and the information memorandum through auction design, due diligence and negotiation of the share purchase agreement.
Outcome
The company was sold to a private equity fund at 4.2x the initial valuation.
FOUNDER
For most owners, selling a company is a once-in-a-lifetime decision. I have bought and sold companies in private equity and raised capital as an entrepreneur. I take on a small number of mandates and lead each one personally.
